Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
It's FALL!!! That means it's time for Pumpkin EVERYTHING, am I right?!? We LOVE pumpkin at our house! These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are the families favorite cookie recipe! Its our go to recipe anytime we want a sweet treat. If you're looking for something fun to do to celebrate fall with the kids, these cookies are easy to make and SO DELICIOUS!! I promise you won't regret making them!!
These cookies are more cake-like and super moist!! They seem to say fresh for a while when stored in an air tight container, but if your house is like my house, you won't need to worry about storing them...they will be gone quick!
- 1/2 Cup Canola Oil
- 1 Cup 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips - We use Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips. They are SO GOOD!!
Combine oil, sugar, egg & vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine baking soda & milk. Add to pumpkin mixture
In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon, baking powder, salt & flour. Add to pumpkin mixture.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Allow batter to sit for 15 minutes.
Using a cookie scoop, place batter on baking sheet
Bake for 10-12 minutes
1 tablespoon cookie scoop usually makes about 3 dozen cookies.
